Track my order in Kenya by entering your Order ID and email address below. Your Order ID is sent to you by email immediately after your M-Pesa payment is confirmed. It also appears in your My Account dashboard under Orders. Enter your details below to see your current delivery status in real time.

How to Find Your Order ID
Where to Find Your Traccx Order Details
Your Order ID and confirmation email are sent the moment your M-Pesa payment goes through.
Check Your Email
After placing your order, Traccx sends an order confirmation email to the email address you used at checkout. Your Order ID appears at the top of that email in the format #TRX-XXXXX.
Check My Account
Log into your Traccx account and go to My Account > Orders. All your past and current orders are listed there with their Order ID, date, total amount, and current status.
Contact Support
Cannot find your Order ID? Contact the Traccx support team on WhatsApp with your full name, M-Pesa number used for payment, and the approximate order date. We will locate your order within minutes.

Enter your Order ID and the email address you used when placing your order.
What Do the Order Statuses Mean?
Your order has been placed but your M-Pesa payment has not been confirmed yet. If you sent the payment, wait 5 minutes and refresh. If the issue persists contact support.
Your part is on its way. The vendor has dispatched your order via courier. Within Nairobi expect delivery in 2 to 24 hours. For other counties expect 1 to 3 business days. Check your email for the courier tracking number.
Your payment is confirmed and your vendor has received the order. They are preparing your part for dispatch. Processing typically takes 2 to 24 hours on business days.
Your order has been delivered successfully. If you have not received your part but the status shows Delivered, contact the vendor immediately through your My Account dashboard and raise a dispute if needed.
Your order requires attention — usually because payment needs verification or the vendor has a question about your order. Check your email or contact the vendor directly through your My Account dashboard.
This order was cancelled either by you or the vendor. If you did not cancel this order contact Traccx support immediately. If a payment was made you are entitled to a full refund within 7 business days.
Order Not Updating?
If your order status has not changed in more than 24 hours or you believe there is an error, contact your vendor directly through the order in your My Account dashboard. If the vendor does not respond within 24 hours raise a dispute and our team will step in immediately.
